The Construction Department is open daily from 9am-4pm. You are required to obtain a permit(s) for many improvements you make to your property such as adding an addition or deck, roofing, swimming pools, fences and many other situations. A Continuing Certificate of Occupancy is required on all re-sales of homes, rentals and new business tenants.
